Word has reached MFP Headquarters of a rumour of an actual working oil refinery somewhere out in the wasteland. This information could be vital to the continuance of your MFP program. Our oil sources since the disorder have been sporadic. If we had a source much closer to home, we would stand a much better chance keeping patrol vehicles on the road, and therefore keeping the public safer.
